When government officials are told to not talk about certain Matters, then information is withheld from the Public. How can the Public make an informed decision without all the Facts?

A: The Suppression of Information to the Public. Let the Public decide with all the facts.
B: The mystery surrounding his death. What else did Dr. Kelly know, that the government did not want exposed?
